Industrial steam autoclaves (also known as still kettle) are pressure vessels used to process parts and materials which require exposure to elevated pressure and temperature. The manufacture of high-performance components from advanced composites often requires autoclave processing.
Steam autoclave is an large-sized and heavy weight pressure vessels, which has been widely used in building material autoclaved curing hydrothermal reaction of aerated concrete block, concrete pipe pile, lime sand brick, fly ash brick, calcium silicate board with microporous , new light weight wall material, thermal insulation asbestos board and high strength gypsum.
Nowadays, Steam Autoclave has been widely used in industries of chemical, medicine, rubber, lumber, gypsum, glass, insulating materials, textile and military project , Steam Autoclave is widely used in aerated concrete block autoclaved curing, calcium silicate board with microporous autoclaved curing, lightweight wall material autoclaved curing, asbestos board autoclaved curing, high strength gypsum autoclaved curing.

All the autoclave door is equipped with safety interlock. Steam Autoclave Proper adopt Q345R pressure vessel steel made and autoclave door adopt 16Mn made.
Steam Autoclave Introduction
Steam Autoclave is composed by still proper body, pendulous device, manual gear reducer, safety device, support, insulating layer, sealing device, pipe valve and gauge. Accessory includes drainage and electric control cabinet.
- Still kettle device: mainly composed by barrel and still kettle flange. There is track and car at the bottom of still kettle. Still kettle body is equipped with various kinds of tube and pipe for steam inlet and outlet, discharge condensate water and install all kinds of valve.
- Still kettle door: mainly include still kettle door flange, bevel gear and spherical shell cover. Still kettle body flange match with still kettle door flange to close the still kettle.
- Pendulous device: Side opening door is composed by principle axis, cantilever, mounting plate, pulling plate and draw bar. This device is installed on the top of the still kettle and connected with still kettle door through draw bar for hoist and rotate still kettle door function. Upper opening door is composed by weight box, swinging arm and mounting plate for still kettle door swing up and down.
- Hand controlreducer: Be fastened to still kettle, through gear match with tooth plate to drive still kettle rotate along the axis and make sure the still kettle door can open and close tightly.
- Hand control safety device: Hand control interlocking apparatus is fastened to still kettle flange side, composed by dead-man’s handle, sleeve, extension rod, ball valve and so on.
- Support: used to support still kettle body, composed by intermediate support, movable support, end support. Except intermediate support, other support is movable on the pin roller toward the axis direction.
- Insulation layer: reduce the heat loss during operation (according to customer’ needs to design the thickness of the still kettle)
- Sealing Device: composed by rubber seal, stop valve and admission bend pipe. Rubber seal is inlayed in still kettle body. During operation, steam get in to the sealed groove, seal ring appress with the still kettle top to achieve seal function.
- Valves and Gauge: include pressure gage, safety valve, thermometer, thermocouple, ball valve for operation condition inspection.
- Drainage: composed by drain line connection device, steam traps and blow-down valve. Condensate water sedimentary tuff and exhaust, avoid solid block steam trap, Blow-down valve can
- Electric apparatus safety interlock device: control cabinet, pressure controller, still kettle door locking device, pressure warning unit.

- Strict Quality Control: The autoclave is a steel horizontal drum device, with a cover pressed by the monoblock 16MnR steel plate and a cover flange made by 16Mn forging. The seam of pressure parts undergoes postwelding stress relief heat treatment and strict nondestructive testing according to relative standards.

- High quality imported rubber seal rings: The kettle door is sealed with professional imported rubber seal rings, and it is easy to install. The most important is that these rubber rings are with high quality and durable.
- Flexible Support Available: The autoclave body is provided with a fixed support, a movable support and an end support in different parts, fitting expansion and contraction and ensuring normal operation and service life.
- Complete valves and accessory: Still kettle is equipped with safety valve, pressure gage, temperature measurer, inlet valve and exhaust gas valve, selling ball valve, trap valve withdecontamination tank available.
- Advanced internal equipment: Still kettle internals is equipped steam distribution pipe and track; we also equipped sealing scour prevention cover and de-watering cover for customer’s need.
